Frequently asked questions

Standard Products: Unopened, unused standard press-on nails may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom press-on nails are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of when it was delivered with photos. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Process: To initiate a return, email Rikasnailemporium@gmail.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Due to their personalized nature, custom press-on nails and custom coasters are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Press-on Nails: To be completed within 7–14 business days

Coasters: Most are made and stocked in inventory but may take 5-10 Business days for Custom and certain designs.

Candles: Most are made and stocked in inventory but may take 5-10 Business days during busy seasons.

All products are handmade in small batches using high-quality, safe materials by Rika in St Augustine Florida!
