How to Order Custom Press-On Nails

2. Please include your first and last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
3. I personally review every custom request and will reply promptly to gather more details about your desired design.
4. You’ll receive a Custom Nail Order Form (plus a helpful Sizing Guide) to complete.
5. Once I receive your completed form, I’ll send you a custom quote and a digital design preview for your approval.
6. After your 50% deposit is received and you approve the design, production begins.

Important Note About Inspiration Photos: When ordering from inspiration pictures, please understand that the some final sets will not look 100% identical. Every nail artist has their own style, techniques, and may use slightly different products. I will do my very best to make your nails as close as possible to your inspiration while still creating a beautiful, high-quality set that suits you perfectly.

Turnaround Time: Custom press-on nails are marked to be completed within 7–14 business days after deposit + design approval. This timeframe gives flexibility during busy seasons and high-volume periods. Many orders are completed and shipped earlier than the estimated window.

For guaranteed faster service, choose the Rush Option, which ensures your order will be completed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Terms & Timeline

• A Custom Nail Order Form must be completed as the first step.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production once the form is submitted and the quote is approved.
• Standard production time is marked as 7–14 business days after deposit + final design approval. This window accounts for busy seasons and high order volume. Many orders are completed and shipped earlier than the estimated timeframe.
• Rush Option available for an additional fee — guarantees completion and shipping in 3–5 business days when selected.
• All custom orders are FINAL SALE. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
• Shipping is via UPS (or other upon request) with tracking. Delivery times vary by location.
