Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges 

  • Standard Products: Unopened, unused standard press-on nails may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is your responsibility. 

  • Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom press-on nails are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

  • Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within  3 days of when it was delivered with photos. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. 

  • Process: To initiate a return, email Rikasnailemporium@gmail.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
